Reggie Bray has been in real estate for the last 25 years. He has been active in planning and marketing for the last 11 years in the high end private golf communities of Colleton River, Belfair, and Berkeley Hall. Reggie is also involved in the commercial real estate market.

Reggie stays very involved in the community, he has been on the board of the Hilton Head Chamber of Commerce, the Hilton Head Boys and Girls Club, he is currently a member of NBSC’s state wide board of directors, and the local board. Reggie is also a member of Christ Lutheran Church. When time allows, Reggie enjoys basketball, golf, tennis, and racing cars. He is married to Ellen, has two children, and resides in Belfair.

For Susan, each new client presents her with the exciting challenge of helping them find their perfect spot in the Lowcountry, from Sea Pines to Callawassie Island.

Susan does volunteer tutoring for schools in Beaufort County, works as a fundraiser for the Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Research Center, Habitat for Humanity, and CAPA (Child Abuse Prevention Association) and donates a percentage of each commission to the charitable organizations. Susan also has the honor of being the exclusive writer for the real estate section of one of the Lowcountry’s newspapers, Bluffton Today.
