Welcome Home, to the Hamptons
“When you pick the right place, you feel like you’re on vacation every day”
Hampton Hall
First came Hampton Hall, hitting the Buckwalter Parkway neighborhood with a giant bang of success. Developed in partnership with Toll Brothers, Pete Dye Golf and local developers John Reed and Gary Rowe, Hampton Hall offers buyer an exceptional range of lifestyles and choices. As one Hampton Hall resident said, “we were looking for a greater value for the dollar and Hampton Hall seemed to have just that. And, the amenities, including the the spa the indoor and outdoor pools, the Pete Dye golf, tennis, Fitness Center and a beautiful new clubhouse, sounded first-class. Getting off the island was important to us because of the congestion. Living in a smaller community was our goal”.
In an effort to preserve the Lowcountry’s beauty and environmental integrity, Hampton Hall has preserved 155 acres of wetlands and 80 additional acres of land around the wetlands. Hampton Hall is an altogether phenomenal community with a wonderful family-friendly environment. Simply put, it’s a great place to live and play.
Hampton Lake
And along came Hampton Lake. Located near the junction of Highway 278 and Highway 170, lies the nature-friendly community of Hampton Lake. Developed by local developer and entrepreneur John Reed and a team of brilliant visionaries, Hampton Lake includes the only 165-acre acre fresh water navigable lake in the South Carolina Lowcountry plus 345 acres of nature preserve. Along with villas, carriage homes, Carolina lifestyle homes and estate homes with private boat slips, there is a state-of-the-art spa and fitness center, a lakeside Amenity Village and a soon-to-be resort next door that will feature a commercial village complete with great shopping and wonderful restaurants.
“It’s all about the water” is the theme of Hampton Lake. While there is no golf course, residents will be able to purchase golf memberships at the neighboring community of Hampton Hall.
Hampton Pointe at New River
And last but certainly not least is the community of Hampton Pointe at New River. Located just west of Hampton Lake in Jasper County, Hampton Pointe is becoming a vibrant Toll Brothers community featuring a variety of homes and homesites plus an
18-hole Nicklaus Designed Golf Course and first-class amenities. To date, sales at Hampton Pointe have exceeded developer expectations with 100 home sales and 30 homesite sales. This “pearl” of the area is nestled within 800 acres of pristine Lowcountry terrain. In addition to golf, residents will enjoy a world-class clubhouse, casual dining, fitness and health center, outdoor swimming pool, championship tennis courts, spa treatments and more. Hampton Pointe promises to provide the same dynamic lifestyle showcased at Hampton Hall.
